INTRODUCTION

Welcome. This project website presents the proposals for developing 'Swansea Central' — the project name for the St David's and Oystermouth Road sites in the city centre.

PRE-APPLICATION CONSULTATION

We have now undertaken two stages of pre-application consultation, including a public exhibition in December 2016 and the recently completed formal process required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) (Amendment) Order 2016.

The development team is now in the process of considering all of the feedback received. The team's responses to all of the representations made – including any amendments to the plans where appropriate – will be published in a final Consultation Report to be submitted along with the outline planning application later in March.

We will add more to this website as the scheme progresses – with the aim of maintaining it as an up-to-date source of information on the development.
